SABBATICALLING!! Three New York poets. Three vastly different perspectives of the world. Grateful that I get to dive into various styles and voices.

SABBATICALLING! Finished reading the last book for the project. The project, you may recall, is a full length #poetry collection based on Nikola Tesla, Dr. Marie Curie, and Mars. However we get there, we get there. Getting there fortunately included discovering Radioactive: Marie & Pierre Curie: A Tale of Love and Fallout by Lauren Redniss.

So very grateful for the opportunity to attend the opening of Beyond Van Gogh Long Island. Now I’m even more excited for April 1 and April 15 when I’ll be teaching yoga immersed in art and music.

SABBATICALLING means going to Seattle for AWP but not actually attending AWP and instead reading books on planes and in hotel rooms for Sunday Funday Book Club, for the love of poetry, and for fun.

A meditative nostalgia-laced moment of gratitude
