Types of Yoga
Vinyasa: flowing movement
Power Hour: a faster-paced vinyasa (some participants have told me it’s like gentle dancing) incorporating strength poses
Hatha: linking movement with breath with focus on alignment in holding postures
Reiki is a way to connect natural energy to energy in the body. This can be done with or without touching. If you’re feeling out of balance, one way to feel better is to receive reiki to let go of subconscious stress. Scroll all the way down for a helpful infographic.
